Advisory Committees

EAP advisory committees are collaborative groups dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of USPS employees. Through partnership and open dialogue, they promote awareness, strengthen engagement with EAP services, and help ensure the program remains a trusted, responsive resource.

The National Joint Committee (NJC)

The NJC is a labor-management partnership that brings together USPS and its unions: NALC, APWU, and NPMHU, to guide and strengthen EAP efforts nationwide.

What the NJC does:

  • Supports EAP initiatives while helping ensure safe, effective workplace policies and practices.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and helps shape programs that impact employee health, safety, and well-being.
